How do I find my perfect fit?
Every METAL NAILS piece is made to your individual measurements. Choose our impression kit for a personalized fit, or use our free printable sizing guide and at-home measuring method.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Complete your measurements at home, submit them following our instructions, and we'll take care of the craftsmanship.
Are all ten nails made in different sizes?
Yes. Each nail is individually sized to your finger's width, length, and natural curvature. No standard sizing. No one-size-fits-all.
Can I order just one nail?
Absolutely. Order a single statement nail or a complete set of ten. Every piece is made specifically for you.
What if my nails don't fit?
Because every nail is custom-made, we recommend following our measuring instructions carefully. If your piece doesn't fit as expected, contact us so we can review your measurements and available solutions. Any complimentary adjustment policy should be confirmed before publishing.

What are METAL NAILS made from?
Our nails are crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver or solid 14K gold. Never plastic disguised as metal.
Are your gold nails gold-plated?
No. Our 14K gold nails are crafted from solid gold, not gold-plated metal. Each piece is made to order, with personalized pricing based on design, specifications, and current gold prices.
Are metal nails reusable?
Yes. Unlike disposable press-on nails, METAL NAILS are designed for repeated wear. Proper application, removal, cleaning, and storage help preserve their finish.
03 / WEAR & CARE
How do I apply and remove them?
Use a compatible nail adhesive and follow its application and removal instructions. Never force them off.
How do I care for my nails?
Clean gently, avoid harsh chemicals, and store them safely.
04 / ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION
How long does production take?
Every piece is handcrafted in NYC. Production times depend on your sizing method:
- Impression Kit: Approximately 3 weeks after we receive your completed impressions.
- Free Sizing Guide or Tape Method: Approximately 2 weeks after we receive your measurements.
Production times are estimates and do not include shipping.
What if I lose a nail?
You can order a replacement without purchasing a full set.
