A clean nail bed, jewelry-grade glue, and gentle pressure for thirty seconds. Ready to wear in under five minutes. Start with a bare, dry nail — no polish, no oil, no overlay — put one drop at the centre of the nail bed, press down from cuticle to tip, and wipe any excess immediately with the cloth.

Two to three weeks at a time. It is jewelry — you are meant to take it off and put it back on.

Soak the fingertip in warm soapy water for two to three minutes and lift from the tip edge. Never pry it off dry, and never use heat on the glue.

Showering, swimming in fresh water, washing dishes and sleeping are all fine. Avoid chlorinated pools and hot tubs, which are hard on silver, and take them off for heavy lifting or gym bars.

Sterling develops a patina. Two minutes with the rouge cloth brings back full polish. Do not use silver dips, ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive pastes on a textured surface — they flatten the texture.

Solid metal takes micro-scratches with wear, the same way a wedding band does. The cloth handles most. For anything deeper, send it in and we will re-polish it.

In the lined box, separately from other metal. Silver stored loose against steel or copper tarnishes faster.

Nail beds change after a break, a pregnancy, or simply time. Email us — remaking to your new numbers is free within the first year, and at a set bench fee after that.
